Audit twenty-eight public working claims by evidence register, date dimension, corpus unit, witness record, source dossier, and review status.

The ledger makes the public working assertions auditable. It does not treat repeated dossier claims as independent corroboration or expose private dossier contents.

The “can support” field defines the bounded evidentiary use. The “cannot establish” field prevents a fragment, translation, quotation, edition, or reception artifact from silently carrying a larger conclusion.

Can support

Cannot establish

It must not be silently collapsed into standard 1 Enoch. Whether it occupied a place in an ancient anthology or circulated as a companion work remains disputed.

Packet identifiers define the expected place for named review, language review, custody review, or rights review. All remain unapproved.

Stop lines

Every claim contains a larger conclusion that the current evidence must not be used to assert.

Correction path

A corrected catalogue fact should update the stable record and every bound claim rather than leaving contradictory page-local copies.
