What is cognitive liberty?
Answer first
Direct answer
Cognitive liberty is Total Cognitive Freedom: the unconditional freedom to think, not think, doubt, imagine, remember, forget, inquire, question, believe, disbelieve, reinterpret, contradict, revise, remain uncertain, and remain silent without any person or machine judging, scoring, shaming, condemning, ranking, pathologizing, or limiting the mind.

What this answer does not establish
There is no conduct-based exception that restores judgment. Observable events may be described as facts or technical states, but they never authorize a moral verdict, character claim, human score, guilt inference, or judgment of a person, belief, identity, viewpoint, or conduct.
